Orders are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received and accepted by Cupcake Blvd.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to pickup or delivery.
Orders placed within 7 days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking.
To ensure availability, we recommend:
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
Any changes to your order must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Changes requested after this time may not be possible.
Scheduled pickup is available at a designated meetup location in the Wilmington area.
Delivery is available throughout Wilmington and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on distance and are calculated separately from your order total.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because every dessert is handcrafted, slight variations in color, decoration, and design may occur.
While every effort is made to match inspiration photos and design requests, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.
