For larger orders, we appreciate about two week's notice. Smaller orders can usually be placed 3-5 days in advance!
Yes. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
I’m based in Wilmington, Delaware, and I’m happy to deliver to surrounding areas like Newark, New Castle, and even parts of Philadelphia or Delaware County. For deliveries, there is a fee based on distance—typically starting at $10 for Wilmington and increasing from there. Once you provide your location, I’ll give you a custom quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Absolutely! For your convenience, we offer scheduled pickups at a designated meetup location in the Wilmington area. Once your order is placed, we’ll coordinate pickup details with you directly.
I’m happy to personalize colors, flavors, and fillings to fit your theme—while staying within my specialty. For example, I can’t do detailed cartoon characters, but I’m flexible with colors, patterns, and unique flavor combinations. Just let me know your vision, and we’ll make it work within those creative boundaries.
Once you receive your cupcakes, please store them in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to enjoy, let them sit at room temperature for about 20 to 25 minutes—If need you can adjust based in the environment, this will bring out their full flavor and texture.
At this time Cupcake Blvd does not offer gluten-free, vegan, or diabetic-friendly cupcakes. However, we are actively exploring additional menu options and will share updates as they become available.
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled based on availability and event needs. Once your order is confirmed, we'll coordinate a convenient time for pickup or delivery.
